This was my first book which I started back in 2018, while undergoing Chemotherapy for Cancer. Not knowing the prognosis when I started chemo, I wanted to share some of the most important things about Leadership, based on my Military career.

These lessons can be applied both as a Military Leader and as a Civilian Leader, because the processes are exactly the same, regardless of where you fall within them. This was a heartfelt book that will always be personal to me, and the hopes that if it helps one individual than writing it was worth it.
